Each morning from 8:30-10am, guests are invited to indulge in our Innkeeper-crafted hot breakfast, thoughtfully prepared with the finest ingredients and exceptional attention to detail. Signature offerings may include our decadent brown sugar-cinnamon sourdough French toast, Katie's handcrafted biscuits smothered in Mitch's rich, house-made sausage gravy; and our signature breakfast sandwiches, expertly layered on fresh-baked bread. Every dish is created to deliver a refined, memorable start to your day-an elevated culinary experience in the heart of Hatteras Island.
